So folks, there is a small bump in the road. Last night while attempting a new dish, a potato gratin, the guide- the safety guard -was misbehaving, and well. We all know how that ends. It’s not serious but my poor lil’ thumb is not a happy camper this morning. (Sidenote, it slices an amazing potato gratin!!)
I will be cooking soon enough though, check back later this week! In the meantime there may be more restaurant reviews, haha.
Also, please take this to heart, take the safety warnings on your kitchen appliances VERY seriously!!!
